The 2026 UT-Battelle Labor & Employment Training will take place August 27, 2026 in the ORNL Conference Center. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. and the training will be from 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST. Those that would benefit from this training include: managers, attorneys, auditors, medical professionals, and human resources personnel.

The Training is approved for 7 hours of Tennessee CLE credit, including 1 hour of Ethics credit. Human Resources personnel are also eligible to receive HRCI/SHRM continuing education credit for attending. Upon request, we will provide a certificate of completion to anyone who may need one.
